Appointments & Booking
- Appointments are booked via telephone or our salon text number, we do not have online booking.
- A deposit is required for services estimated to be over $300
- Deposits are non refundable and will be applied to your service total
- Deposits may be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We kindly ask 24-48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee, which may be applied to your following appointment at your stylists discretion.
- This policy helps us respect our stylists time and accommodate other clients.
No-Shows
- A no-show is defined as missing your appointment without notice.
- No-shows may require prepayment or a deposit for future appointments or result in refusal of future bookings.
Arriving Late
- Please arrive on time to your appointment, as our entire day is time based.
- Arrivals more than 7 minutes late without a call or text message may result in
- A shortened service to stay on schedule or
- Cancellation of the appointment, which may be treated as a late cancellation and is up to the stylists discretion.
- Full service pricing may still apply, even if the service is shortened due to lateness.
- If a stylist is running behind in their schedule, we will communicate promptly and do our best to honor your time – mutual respect is important to us.
Arriving Too Early
- Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Our space is intentionally intimate, and arriving too early can interrupt ongoing services or take away from a stylists down time.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes early please call or text to let us know and we will let you know if we can take you earlier.
- Guests who arrive early may be asked to sit outside or return closer to their appointment time.
Service Changes
- Please notify us of any changes to your scheduled services prior to your appointment.
- Changes requested same day or upon arrival may not be accommodated due to time constraints and scheduling considerations.
Service Adjustments
- Your satisfaction is important to us
- Any concerns must be communicated within 48 hours of your appointment and may be adjusted within 7-10days.
- Adjustments are at the stylists discretion and do not include refunds.
- Requests made due to a change of mind rather than a miscommunication will be treated and charged accordingly.
Guests & Children
- To maintain a calm and focused environment, only clients receiving services are permitted in the salon unless discussed with the stylist prior to appointment, including children who are not receiving services.
Respect & Salon Environment
- Village Vanity is a safe, respectful environment.
- Disrespectful behavior, inappropriate language, or disregard for salon policies may result in refusal or discontinuation of service(s).
- We reserve the right to end a service early if boundaries are not respected.
